Fly Fishing for Trout at Pleasant Valley Fly Fishing Preserve

July 7th & 8th, 2012

Increase your trout fly fishing skills and learn how to catch more fish during this fun and informative school held on the private Pleasant Valley Preserve near Markleeville, CA. You’ll have two days with an instructor/guide to assist you in reading water, approaching holding lies, casting, bug selection and presentations.  This is a great opportunity to spot surface feeding trout before casting and then watching them take the fly off the surface before setting the hook! Nymphing will also be covered along with streamer fishing in classic undercut banks, pools and runs.
